We're pleased you and your doctor have chosen Tampa Bay Surgery Center for your outpatient surgery needs. The Surgery Center was developed, equipped and staffed solely for ambulatory surgery. This saves time and brings peace of mind. We have two locations conveniently serving the Tampa Bay area.

When you arrive at the Tampa Bay Surgery Center, please check-in at the reception desk, which is in the lobby. After you register, you will be escorted to the Surgical Guest Care Area, where a nurse will assist you in preparing for your procedure. Please feel free to ask any questions and
tell the staff about any special needs. We want your visit to be
convenient and comfortable.
To provide everyone with the best possible care, it is very important that you arrive at your scheduled time. If you have any further questions
before your scheduled appointment, please don't hesitate to call the Tampa Bay Surgery Center.
PEDIATRIC SURGERY
Outpatient surgery is especially suitable for children. Children experience less stress because the Center offers a warm, personalized setting. We pay particular attention to their needs, allowing parents to stay with their children up to the time of surgery, then again in our recovery room.
While your child is in
our care, we request
that one parent or
legal guardian
remain at the Center.
Please feel free to
bring your child's
favorite stuffed
animal or security
blanket for added

Tampa Bay Surgery Center will bill your insurance company as a courtesy, however, the balance due is the patient's responsibility and payment will be requested from you unless your insurance company pays within 60 days.
The Surgery Center recognizes its obligation to remain flexible on financial matters. In the event any of the above statements cannot be met, the Surgery Center will attempt to make other financial arrangements. These must be made prior to admission.
